A cut above tree experts LLC

Dave and company came out to trim a huge Weeping Willow tree that was touching the house. He was adamant on trying to keep the tree looking good while also cleaning up the dead branches. They came out, set up and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up as well! Very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

Had dave come and cut 4 big white pine trees down for me that I was nervous was going to fall on my house. In 5 hours he had the trees down and cleaned up in fact my yard was cleaner when he left than it was when it showed up. I had 4 estimates and he was the cheapest one. Highly reccomended!!!

Unfortunately I called this company on 8/13 requesting a quote for tree removal. I never received a call back so I thought I’d be fair & called again on 8/19, he told me to text him my name & address & he would come out that Sat. 8/21 and give me a price. He never showed up, never called or texted me. He advertises 24 hr. ER service I’d hate to be them. I am very disappointed all reviews were from 4 months ago, I don’t know what’s happened but you can’t treat people like that or run a business that way. I just don’t understand!

Called on 9/20 for a quote one having a lilac bush cut down. Was told they could do it within 2 weeks. I called again on 10/7 to see if they were still going to be able to cut it down but no one answered. Sent a text on 10/8 and received a text back saying they were in Florida helping with the storm damage from hurricane Ian and will be back in 2 wks. OK, no problem. I sent a text again on 11/4 and they told me they would come Monday (11/4) to cut it down, but never showed up.

I called A Cut Above Tree Experts in July, 2021. They promised to do work for me in July, but never showed up! I sent them a text message in August and they didn't respond. I contacted them on Facebook in September and they promised to call, but did not. I called again October 3rd and Dave promised they would come the week of October 10th to do the work. Guess what! They did not call or show up! I've called several times since then and now they ignore my calls. This is an unprofessional company. Do not waste your time! PLEASE SEE THE UPDATE!! UPDATE: A Cut Above Tree Experts LLC called October 21st and apologized for their failure to contact me. They scheduled my job for Tuesday, October 26th, but were unable to work yesterday due to the rain. Dave called me on the 26th an
