I’m not a good writer but I felt compelled to say something about Lou and his outstanding team. I hired them to install 2 high efficiency ductless air conditioning units in my home and they were simply exceptional. I am personally in the plumbing field and their work was beautiful. But besides that, I really appreciated that they answered the phone, provided an estimate promptly, showed up when they said they would, were polite and took care of my home. It feels like that should be expected, but I guess not from dealing with contractors in general. I left them alone in my home because I had to go to work and when I came home it was cool!! It really sucks to have your air conditioning break , but it’s great to have these guys around to fix it. Thank you so very much!!!!

Lou and his team handled our emergency situation professionally, promptly and safely. We didn't feel like were being ripped off. We got 4 quotes, and this company acted the best during the estimate, and gave us the best rate for our boiler replacement. They were very respectful of our home too. Loved how they laid out tarps to keep our home clean and even swept surrounding areas in case of excess dirt or dust. Also really like how they labeled valves. Very professional company and provides great insight! A big plus, we were able to keep our dog inside the house when they were here. Happy about that because though we didn't have he at the moment, it was freezing outside. Thanks for caring about us and Waffle!

The complete team was very professional and helpful. From the office to the service technicians they always kept me informed of what was going on and were always on time. It's a pleasure dealing with a degree above! They have just gained a customer for life. Great job to Lou and Jared for taking care of the problem quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Nice people but I'm pretty sure they have no clue what they're doing. I have been without heat since January 23rd - it's March 15. They came the same day this all started and filled the refrigerant for my heat pump and charged me 500 dollars. That worked for two days. They came and refilled it again for free. That worked for two days. They then diagnosed a leak and tried to sell me an entire condenser for $4,500 despite the product being under warranty. I had to call the manufacturer myself to confirm that the product is in fact under warranty and then explain that to Lou. $1,500 later for "labor" installing the new coil outside and it has stopped working after less than 24 hours. They don't answer the phone on weekends. What a joke.

Paul and Jordan came to address a heating issue. Very detailed on what the problem is, on time, professional, and most of all honest. It’s always a terrific experience with A Degree Above. My family has trusted in their Services for central air and heat. Paul has serviced our home previously, simply fantastic gentleman. Highly recommend.
