We had a new HVAC system and tankless water heater put in. They had Nick come out on Wednesday for an estimate and to answer questions. The very next morning he had a team of 3 to install. The team of 3- Cole, Hunter, and Brayden worked so efficiently. I was shocked to know the one leading the team was only 23 years old- when Cole talked you’d think you were talking to someone that had been in the trade for 20 years! The other two consisted of a 26 and 19 year old. Those three could work with the best, and knew how to navigate all the challenges our old home threw at them. They had many obstacles and Cole and his crew didn’t hesitate to complete the job above satisfactory. They all were very polite, well mannered, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well after themselves. Furnace stopped running over the weekend. I was able to put in a request online on Sunday and received a call moments later confirming my issues and getting me scheduled for the following day. Ricky worked fast, was polite and provided a great post work walk through. Ricky was able to get the furnace up and running and completed seasonal maintenance that was needed. Very happy with A+Derr

The replacement process of our HVAC and water heater from start to finish was quick, easy, and painless. The new system looks great—even with the existing ductwork being retrofitted. A+Derr accommodated what I was wanting and did their best to satisfy just that. From the start, Nick was thorough and explained components of the old vs. new system and the benefits of the new system and strived to get us the best options possible for an agreeable price. Ian & Addison were the technicians completing the replacement and install. They worked very fast while remaining thorough. Like mentioned, the install of the new system looks great and no odd ramifications. They even hauled away all old components—nothing left behind.

They came out for a routine maintenance on my furnace. I had no prior existing complications with the furnace. The technician told me that I had two capacitors that could use replacement. He was going to charge me over $180 per capacitor to replace them. He also stated that I had to pay for this service prior to them booking the service. I said I needed to discuss it with my fiancé and would call them back. Later that evening my furnace stopped working altogether. When I called their after hours call service they stated that they did not have anyone available because of hours and then they also stated that they were fully booked and could not come out. It was supposed to be 12° and they could not supply anyone to come out to my home and fix the furnace that was working perfectly fine befo

The technician, Shawn, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed my problem with relative ease.
