I cannot thank A-Fordable Plumbing and Mechanical enough, especially our service technician, Will, for the exceptional job he did at my home. I had been dealing with a “minor” gas leak for a long time, and every other person I called brushed it off like it wasn’t serious. Deep down I knew something was wrong — especially with the risk of carbon monoxide exposure. When Will came out, he took my concerns seriously from the very beginning. He thoroughly inspected everything and not only confirmed the gas leak I already suspected, but also found additional leaks that no one else bothered to catch. He fixed every issue, made sure my entire system was safe, and double-checked his work with real care. He even stayed to test my stove

The holidays left me with a stopped-up kitchen and laundry drain, so i called a few of the big name plumbing companies and no one could get to me for at least a few days. Next on the list was A-Fordable, and they said they could get to me the next morning — then they called back to say they could get to me same-day! The technician they dispatched was Taylor, and he immediately put me at ease — not only did he accurately assess the situation, he explained to me how and why my drain was clogged, and he told me what his exact approach to resolving the issue would be. On top of that, he gave me a perfectly accurate estimate on time and cost… and he left my kitchen and kaundry cleaner than they were when he arrived. I keep their number handy! A-ffordable is my “go to”. I’ve used them several times and highly recommend! Quick response times, appointment reminders, great customer service, and friendly and helpful repair staff. They always do a great job!

They hold true to their name! I purchased a water heater to have installed. They were about half the price of others and didn’t gauge me on the additional price of the permit (that I requested). They were great about being flexible with scheduling the install and did a great job with what ended up being a fairly involved install. I also had them do a shutoff valve for our refrigerator water line, again at a fair price. I will use them again for my plumbing needs!
