SCAMMER!! - they bid low and collect your deposit, then charges you for change orders on everything even if stated in scope of work they will find excuses on everything. They nickel and dime you and will not continue with work till you pay their change orders which are $500k for construction material, over $100k on asbestos, over $100k on roof. They extorted us and dragged the project from 2 months to 6 months and did nothing other than tearing the house down. They also do nothing have the expertise nor license to work on asbestos, mold water damage, masonry. They will extort you and then withdraw permit and walk away when you don’t pay them for the change order priced 10x above market price for a job.

Fast responses over email, great and professional service overall. Asked me questions to double check things and just an overall experience with some home projects I needed done.

Communication with A Fresh Look was easy and efficient. The cost was very reasonable.
