A Guy and A Girl

Had Vance and Mandy come out and replace a floor and multiple (almost all) rotted joists. They fixed a leak I had in one of my water lines. Eliminated some old wiring from some baseboard heaters and fixed and rehung my ductwork. They kept everything clean and were so easy to work with. Great job 👏 👍 👌 I recommend them highly to anyone needing any kind of home renovations!!!

These guys are great. There's always on time, professional, and just gray to work with. Their prices are fair and they do a fantastic job. They've done several jobs for me and i always call them first whenever I need anything done around the house

I have used Vance and Mandy twice now and have been so very happy with them both times. They are honest (which is extremely hard to find in this area) timely, and articulate in what they do. They let you know when they can't do something and if something is going to take longer they are thoughtful in their approach. They work great as a team and stay focused on the job at hand. These two are truly the best. Beautiful work! They have done multiple and varied jobs for us. Always honest, fair, timely and professional. I love Vance’s laid back attitude… nothing seems to rattle him. We will use them over & over, as often as we can. Feel blessed to have found them!

They actually ANSWERED THE PHONE! No tap and no 3 day call back. Showed up next day to fix my gutters packed full of leaves. Very nice and reasonable
