I ordered wood from A.H. Reiff a few years back in 2019 but haven't since and was not sure why until recently. The price is reasonable, the amount is accurate, and the delivery is very convenient. I ordered a cord just a week ago for the recent snow storm and cold snap we are experiencing currently. Now I know why I haven't used them since. The wood is green. It won't burn. It must have been cut in the fall and put up for sale to unsuspecting customers. Joke is on me. I'll have to restack it outside and use it next year. Thanks A.H. Reiff 🙄. Buyer beware. I'll get my wood elsewhere from now on.

If you like supporting family businesses you better be buying here. I love this place! So many beautiful hardscape materials to check out. They're even available Saturdays for small garden projects. Impossible to swing in for a scoop of mulch without getting inspired for a larger project. Thanks, Reiff's !

Friendly service by everyone we encountered (on-site, billing, delivery, etc). Jim was really helpful with figuring out our job, choosing the right block for our project (including the brand and color), choosing the caps, timely delivery, etc. They provided contact info for a local contractor who was excellent — overall a positive experience!

Let me start by saying I ended up driving 2 hours for A H Reiff because of the fantastic customer service. Specifically I have to thank Tammi in the office for the great help and patience walking me through all of their firepit options, specifically on the Breeo line of firepits. Not only was her knowledge extremely detailed she offered great advice based on our needs. If you’re in the market for a firepit I can’t recommend A H Reiff enough! Friendly service at a fantastic price.

Although I didn’t buy from here for my current project, I wanted to leave a review for the excellent customer service provided by Tammi! She was outstanding in her timeliness and product knowledge. I’m looking forward to my next project to be able to work with them!
