The report was very thorough, clear, and well organized, and he was happy to answer any questions I had during and even after the inspection. Aaron is seriously top notch. He was recommended to us and we are extremely happy working with him. Drone footage during his inspection was something we didn’t expect but was very much needed! He spent more than enough time at the home and provided us with a 189page report with pictures and details that were easy to comprehend and explained why items were of concern. Aaron was very thorough and explained every precess of the inspection along the way. He found some obvious wood rot but he was also able to find a girder beam that appeared to be intact but was rotten and decaying.
