A & I Fire & Water Restoration

This is my second time using A & I and I could not be more pleased with their work. From remediation through estimate and full repairs the team was highly communicative, gave great guidance, and performed quality work. We are so happy on the back -end of an unfortunate event that, thanks to A & I, turned in to a positive refresh of our home. Special appreciation to Shyra and Joe for being so responsive and informative.

On August 31st Claudio and Wayne came to our home to access our damaged wall/ceiling caused by the recent storm, Idalia. They were very professional and explained everything that will take place during this process. They promised to send someone to put tarp on the roof and they did! On September 1, Claudio returned to the house with Chase. Again, they were very professional, did quality work and made sure they cleaned everything up and moved the furniture back in place. They all were very nice and knowledgeable in their work. We will recommend A&I to family and friends and will definitely call A&I again if needed.

Outstanding company and technicians, (Ray and Saad). Storm moved in while getting a new roof installed, water running out of our interior lights on both floors. A I team was sent ASAP to dry out our house. So thankful for their quick response and knowledgeable staff.

Not sure why my original 5-star review fell off, but here’s a recap… A&I is an absolutely outstanding company. Their employees are dedicated and sincere, and will go out of their way to help others. They do great work, and have great character. Highly recommended.

Your service men can promptly after I called. They were very pleasant young men, and went right to work. Was very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done.
