A&I did a fantastic job rehabbing our condominium after a major water leak from above. From water removal to clean up to cleaning to putting entire unit back together.

A & I were immediately on site when my house caught fire from a lightning strike. They walked me through the whole process of what they were going to do, assured me, and I met some of the team members that would be involved. They did a fantastic job in restoring my house. The house looks brand new and I could not be more satisfied! I was very happy to see the work that they performed. Ronnie Porter and Phillip Shropshire were great to work with and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend them as a company and I'm very thankful to them for everything!

While the process of working through a third-party restoration company, long distance, organized by the HOA was a bit painful, once I ultimately got in touch with Sara and Ronnie everything went smoothly. Sara was “Johnny on top of it” at returning communication. And Ronnie Porter was amazing to work with. He kept me informed, engaged me in choices, and even went out of his way to pick up some custom tile I ordered. I was so anxious about this water damage re-model because I wasn’t getting any communication from the HOA management company about what was going on and I live out of state. But once I finally reached Ronnie, he put my mind at ease, explained everything and completed the work on time as we agreed.

I am a first time homebuyer and I had my first catastrophe seven years into the process. My stove caught on fire with no fault of my own. I reached out to State Farm who is my insurance agent and quickly realized something wasn’t quite right. I have never missed a payment or been late on my insurance so I was very surprised when they was going to cut me a check for $600. Just wow. My parents told me to call A&I so I did and the estimator, whose name is Philip came out and put all my fears to rest. He is extremely knowledgeable about a home from the ground up, He is also very knowledgeable about insurance and how it works as he has been with the company for over 20 years.
