A+ Integrity Restoration did not complete the mold remediation protocol I hired them to complete. They were supposed to remove material 2-feet beyond where mold was found. They stopped where mold was still present. When I confronted them about it they lied and said there was no moisture. I measured the material where they stopped myself later the same day they they supposedly measured (photo attached). Their own photo documentation that they sent me after I paid proved there was mold where they stopped removing material. They also said they pulled up the floor at the bottom of the stairs to check for water/mold underneath and found nothing. They lied. A+ came out and found a leak and installed moisture dryers. They thoroughly cleaned the area even though I never expected them to do that. Everyone was friendly, professional, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Would recommend to friends, family, and colleagues!
