The co-owner Adam has a problem with communication after the initial job is completed. If there is a complaint after the job is completed he doesn’t want to hear about it.. He will send the other co-owner Jason who is more understanding and wants to help the customer instead of like Adam who can not face the consumer face to face. Adam promises things at the start of the job but at the end he doesn’t come through. His laborers are excellent but Adam needs training on how to deal with constructive criticism without rebelling against the customer if a problem is found. That’s not how an owner of a business should act.
