It was a great experience dealing with Joseph the plumber that came to do the work . He was very professional and friendly. Did a fantastic job! Made sure everything was working and cleaned up each working area as he went along.!! And as an added bonus I got to meet the owner, A. Johnson. He was approachable, down to earth and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work!

** will update when service is performed ** Had a pipe burst at 1pm. Fortunately I was in the basement when it happened. Immediately called to get an emergency service. I called repeatedly throughout the day to check on an eta and was told “you’re one of the next clients” after 9hrs and five calls, I’m being told the plumber can’t come until tomorrow. Hopefully the plumber is better than the office staff…

My furnace stopped working after my basement flooded. I called this company because of the good reviews because I wanted reliable service. The technician came by the next day and spent about 15 minutes "diagnosing" the furnace which meant taking off the cover plate and putting it back on. He said my system was shot and had to be replaced and claimed that mice chewed through the wires. He sent me a quote for $10,000. I had another technician come by just to make sure before I spent all that money and it turns out the issue was a simple clogged condensate line that he cleaned out on the spot! Also, turns out no cables were chewed by mice so the first guy lied. Trust but verify

When our boiler stopped working we didn't have a company due to new ownership and the boiler was installed by the previous owner. So I did a search and A. Johnson's site popped up. I went to their site, read all the reviews and called them. Best decision I ever made! When I called, Lisa took all my information and and scheduled a site visit for that day. When Brian arrived he immediately started checking every component on our ancient boiler and advised us that it was time for major repairs and or replacement. He took several photos of inner core and the amount of rust and the number of small holes were alarming. The very next day Chris came and advised us of our options. Holy cow is this company expensive. I called two local plumbers I usually go through but both were booked out ( common problem now a days), so I decided to give these guys a try. The tech was awesome. But he said the cheapest he could charge me for simply cutting a PVC pipe and installing an adapter for a garbage disposal due to very very limited space under the sink was $300. I told him I would give him the $100 and do it myself. Which I did, no problem. but 9 out of 10 people would have spent the $300 plus tax for him to be here 30 minutes. Extemely nice and helpful tech, I would love to give the tech 5 stars and the company 0 stars. I will be going elsewhere next time, solely due to their cost.
