A Locksmith Services

I was recently in the area for Christmas. I unfortunately locked my entire key ring in my trunk in a rush to put everything in my car. I was in a panic since I've not done anything like this EVER. I googled locksmith service and found A Locksmith Service. Roger answered the phone right away. He was extremely pleasant and reassuring since I was in full blown holiday panic over this. He arrived very quickly and opened my trunk super quick. He also made a few extra keys for me on site so that I can stash them elsewhere to hopefully prevent this from happening again. He was so friendly and very good at his job. I enjoyed our small talk before and after the incident and feel like I've made a reliable friend that I can call on should anything like this ever happen again on a future visi

Very unprofessional. Not reliable. Extremely rude as he stated he couldn't be bothered with a $3 key. Very nasty & disrespectful. Do yourselves a favor. Go to Kittles, Wal-Mart or Ace. How this greedy rude guy stays in business, I haven't a clue. Only give him big jobs since thats all he seems interested in. There is no need to be degrading to anyone. Potentially a new customer who was going to use him for many new locks & a safe. Sad person, sorry company.

Wow!! Call them first if you need a locksmith! Re-keyed my deadbolt and made 4 copies of the key in about 20 min and was extremely reasonably priced. Happy customer here will use their services again if needed!

I have to apologize to A Locksmith services. The review I posted was for AHC Safe and Locksmith. Sorry! I called them on Friday. The person who answered the phone was less than friendly, and said the Scheduler would call me back, He (Randy) did later, and he was also unfriendly, with a flat affect to his voice like he could have cared less. He asked me to send 8 pics of the 2 doors and locks, which I did promptly. It is now Monday and I've heard nothing from them! Apparently they are too busy and successful(?) to bother about customer service. Based on my brief experience, I will never work with them, and advise you not to; who wants to be treated like they are not important or worth the effort?

VERY fast response during bike week (Bikertoberfest). Locked out of my RV trailer, Roger arrived within an hour, had us unlocked a few minutes later. Thank you so much!
