The best experience. Was very nervous about my power issue and called A-Lumination. Diane, the owner , answered the phone, instead of having a virtual assistant, which eas nice to speak with a real person. She was so friendly and reassuring. She worked me into their schedule for today. William came early! He also was friendly, reassuring and very thorough. Took care of the issue. I would recommend them 100%. I am grateful I called them.

Making an appointment was super easy and Technician Will did an amazing job today. Fair pricing with quality materials saved me from probably burning down the house if I tried to DIY the project. Very happy with the first visit and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again!

This company saved my mental health! My light switches in my bathroom had so much going on that I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me! One wire to 2 different outlets, another wire to a different outlet which also connected to the closet light in my bedroom, one wire to 2 different lights in the bathroom 1 wire to one other light in the bedroom and another wire that was the “hot” one. Tony did a fantastic job! Was on time, quick, efficient, great at educating you about the process, even taught me a neat trick! This company was the best priced and honestly the best work I’ve seen! Couldn’t be happier!! And if you’re lucky enough to speak to Diane she’s and absolute sweetheart! Thank you guys so much!

I called to set up an appointment to see if there was power to the through the wall AC unit in the house I am renting…I was told that the service call will be $69 and then after diagnosing if there are additional things to be done or recommended I would then get a quote. She repeated herself a few times and I confirmed that there are no hidden costs! Well that did NOT happen! After they realized that there is power I had to pay $479!!! Apparently this is how they do business. Everyone I have spoken to were pleasant but i still feel ripped and scammed! The technician who came to the house said this happens a lot! Wow!!! The landlord will not reimburse me for this since it was not told up front! So now I’m out of this money! That could’ve been used for the new AC unit I now need to get. So
