We spent a significant amount of money (over $50,000) on several large landscaping projects with Aaron Lutz and A Lutz Design, LLC, expecting professionalism and long-term quality. Unfortunately, what we received after payment was the complete opposite. It’s now been over 4 months (ie the full summer) since we first reported multiple warranty issues related to work done last summer — including a dead tree, bulging patio, and cracked pavers. At first, we were told they were “busy.” Now, they’ve gone completely radio silent. No updates. No accountability. Just silence. It’s clear that once they got paid, they stopped caring.
