When both of our toilets clogged at the same time we knew we had a problem that required an immediate solution. My wife called A-MAC's Plumbing based on their 4.8 star rating and 65 year history in OKC. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and asked several clarifying questions so the plumber would know exactly what he was going to be dealing with, and explained the potential issues and possible costs. The plumbers were immediately dispatched and arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and cleaned out our drain. Fortunately, the only issue they identified was a minor tree root invasion about 25 feet from the house. After clearing the clog they thoroughly explained what they had done and gave us some tips on preventing future issues. All said, it was no more than 45 minutes from
