John the owner took money from the New Orleans Mission over 12 weeks ago and assured deliver in 2-3 weeks. He later said he fired his employee who orders the wrong blinds for our homeless shelter.hkwvee he said he reordered them again over 5 weeks ago and now won’t return any calls or texts. He has stolen our money and not delivered our blinds over $9000 from a Homless shelter.
Would not recommend, tried contacting the owner many times to honor warranty work on flooring he installed. After 6 weeks of waiting on a return call or text I gave up.
Best company that I have dealt with while building my house. The customer service was unbelievable. I could call the owner morning, noon or night, and he would answer. I would deal with them again anytime.
They have the best Accountant.
