A Master's Hands

A Master’s Hands is exactly what we needed! We talked to multiple contractors who all said our projects were “under their minimum bid” so they wouldn’t help us unless we spent a certain amount that was well over our budget. We felt so frustrated because no one would help us with our medium projects. Then comes A Master’s Hands! They were amazing to work with, Jeff and his team went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Affordable, friendly, and professional! We had several areas in our home that needed drywall repair or replacement. We contracted A Master's Hand for these repairs and are very pleased with the results. They are professional, thorough and a great value. After the repairs, sanding and repainting, you cannot tell there was ever any damage. I recommend A Master's Hand for any drywall and painting needs.

The simple project we hired them to do turned into a total disaster. The project that should have taken 3 days took 6 weeks to complete and event then was horrible quality. Then they invoiced us for more than twice the cost of the original estimate even after they "took off" some charge for delay and poor communication When we had them out to for an estimate and spoke about the jobs and it was clear that we saw there could need to be additional work added to complete the job correctly once we got started, which should have been included in the estimate. Instead they added more charges later with no explanation. Also On the estimate they simply wrote "materials not included" and never discussed possible costs an then the the cost of materials was 2/3 more than the estimate for the actual

I was referred to Jeff to have some drywall work done. I spoke to him on the phone, seemed like he was my contact and we could get my project done from 2000 miles away pretty easily, until we could not. The office stepped in, and Jeff stepped out. I received different quotes, couldn’t get answers, couldn’t get call backs, then the day I was have my work done, I got messages stating they were ready to do work, but didn’t know when they could start, messages that their schedule was filling up and I better schedule my work soon - it was a joke. I hear the work was scheduled, I could not get information that people had arrived to work, I could not get information if the work was done. I finally got some photos - bad photos, and then messages they wanted to get paid even though I had

Jim and Michelle are such a great team. They both work hard to keep their crews working hard for their clients. I appreciate good quality work and that is hard to find in any handyman services this day and age. I like that they spend time at your property making sure that all money is accounted for and you know exactly what the scope of work will entail. I have worked with them at my personal home and many of my clients have worked with them as well. I couldn't recommend them more for the quality finish work, the communication and the quick turn around jobs they have completed.
