A Morgan Glass

We had our shower glass covering installed by A Morgan Glass in 2021. Unfortunately, it appears that the service technician did not adequately cover the bottom and side of the shower door. As a result, we have been experiencing leaks every time we take a shower. This has been highly inconvenient for us, and we have been trying to address the issue for a significant period of time. Recently, we were informed that we have the option to either pay a $200 service fee for them to fix the problem or purchase the bottom and side piece ourselves. It would have been greatly appreciated if A Morgan Glass had notified us about the warranty coverage. Called A Morgan Glass to have a glass topper made for a coffee table I purchased. They were great with providing a quote and very great communication and pricing. Thank you!

Too busy to provide a quote. They came out and measured on Tuesday July 15th, and said I would receive a quote the following day. That did not happen. I called on Thursday July 17th around 12 noon to follow up. The receptionist said they were way behind and it would take a couple days. I said if you are too busy, I would check with another company. She said fine, I will take you off and cancel your quote. Doesn’t seem like they need the business.

We had an emergency situation and A Morgan Glass came out and remedied our issue same day. Pricing was below what we were expecting and service was exceptional!

It took some time to get everything prepared and scheduled with the office but it was all worth it. The price was great and the customer service was even better. Scott came out and did an excellent job on my window. Very informative and kind person. This is a strong example of how a business should be run! Highly recommended. Thank you, Morgan Glass!
