I needed a local move urgently and of course, at the last minute. I looked for some companies online and someone recommended A New Beginning. I had already called another company, but they didn't respond fast enough. I have had plenty of moving services, military life, but I have never had such a great experience! Not only did Marcus reply quickly to my request for services, and during a holiday time period when I'm sure people are booked and busy, he quoted a realistic price, informed me about things such as stairs/elevator access that could affect pricing, and he arrived perfectly on time. Marcus and his team were so helpful, friendly, and professional - I highly recommend and would definitely work with them again! It was my first time hiring help for a move and I am so glad I did. They made it much less stressful, taking excellent care of all our stuff and packing the van super well so that we have space leftover for the last things we weren’t able to get ready before they came. Marcus and his team are the hardest working most careful movers I have ever had work for me. They have moved me twice, and both times there was never a bump or scratch on anything. Timely and friendly team! We had an extremely last minute move and they were very patient and accommodating to our timeline. They communicated with us their travels and estimated arrival times and moved quickly and efficiently both in the load and unload. Great family and will definitely use again if needed!
