To begin with, I was highly impressed by the lovely woman who answers their phones. When Chris called me back promptly, it was clear she had relayed every detail I had shared with her. We set a date and time for the service, and I asked that someone call me if there were any unforeseen delays. Chris and Mike were not only right on time, they also phoned me to advise me they were on their way. The service itself was thorough and superb; Mike is both a knowledgeable and caring technician. Additionally, their rate was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

These people are great! They really know what they are doing, and even though they are busy, they still try to help you and to fit your needs in their schedule understanding what cold or emergency means. They respond quickly and keep their promises. They knew very well the old furnace which was not functioning properly, and came up quickly with a very efficient solution. All works very well now and we would highly recommend them!

The guys from A-OK came for a consultation and were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my crazy questions. Project was set and scheduled. On installation day, the guys were here on time and worked diligently even though it was very blustery and cold outside.
