A-One Duct Service

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Through some weird scam, they got someone to join our neighborhood group and advertise a group rate for dryer AND washer cleaning services. They showed up in an unmarked van, "cleaned" the dryer in about 20 minutes and said they were done. I asked about the washer vents as that was included in the service description I was sold. The tech tried saying that wasn't included and gave me some additional excuses about it. I pulled up my messages and pointed out that it clearly said WASHER. He reluctantly went back up and "serviced" the washer. I wish I wouldn't have asked because this incompetent tech created a leak somehow and has now caused thousands of dollars in damage. Can't get ahold of anyone, no one responds or cares. RUN AWAY THIS IS A SCAM!
