I am so happy to have found A&P Appliance Repair. I left a message saying I needed help with the oven part of my range; Tanya called me back within 24 hours. She explained their process and was able to set an appointment that fit our schedule. Both Paul and Tanya came out on the day of our scheduled service, quickly diagnosed our issue, and repaired our oven. They made the repair process a breeze. The cost of the repair was more than fair. I would have spent over 1k to get a new glass top slide in range; instead I am able to keep the one I have that looks great and now works perfectly. Excellent company and excellent people! A&P Appliance Repair was recommended by a local appliance sales store. They responded by text message within a day to my initial outreach. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the needed parts, and schedule the install within a short amount of time. Their pricing was very reasonable. They did a super job with the fix and everything works great again!

After a repairman had come to look at our fridge and had us order $300 in parts, put them in to no avail and then tell us that he wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with the fridge and couldn’t fix it, I looked online and saw A&P appliance had gotten good reviews beforehand. I called, talked to Tanya, Paul’s wife and set up an appointment. Paul and Tanya arrived right in the window they said they would and lived up to every good review that they had already received. From the time Tanya answered the phone right through the time Paul (owner/technician) finished the job everything was handled in a professional, courteous and responsive manner. Paul explained what the problem was, happened to have the new part in his truck, put the new part in and the refrigerator is running like new. Paul and Tanya gave us an appointment sooner than we ever expected (some friends have waited a week or more for a repair technician to come to their house), let us know when they were on their way and then again when they were 10 minutes from the house and the price for the work was more than reasonable. Tanya and Paul were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in the repair of our oven. They had the replacement part on them and had us up and running in less than an hour. The communication, both before and during the appointment, was courteous and helpful. They even answered a couple of our questions that were not related to the repair at hand. Thank you!
