LG freezer component of french door fridge stopped colling and A Plus (Tony) replaced it with a n/c warranty replacement on July 9, 2024 with labor costs $600+ and the compressor now was making very loud noise which we tolerated since freezer was working. Same problem began late May-early June, 2025. Tony came on June 6, 2025 and recharged the coolant which he said was a little low; he also adjusted the compressor which he said was larger than the original and was pressing against some metal component - no more noise and freezer was working (no charge for that service call). Problem began again and I called June 27, 2025 (Friday) and was told someone would call me the Monday, June 30, since it was already late afternoon. No call back on Monday.
