I've had Damon out to do my carpets 3 or 4 times now and I wouldn't have anyone else do them at this point. He's always polite, tells you exactly what he can do and does it all within a timely manner. Damon was great. Arrived on time, was super efficient and professional. He took the time to explain about our carpet and what to expect from the cleaning. Most impressively even though I informed him that we would be replacing the carpet in the next 2-3 months he still did a very detailed cleaning!! Someone could have easily just done the bare minimum and called it good but not Damon! In my book that’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ll recommend him and would hire him again!!
