Lee went above and beyond to help us with unique HVAC issues and install a new unit. He made sure the new unit would be installed in a manner that would last us longer. In addition he helped connect us with other contractors for the project which we are so thankful for being new to the area. Really appreciate the great communication from Lisa and the extra work Lee put in to help us.

They were very responsive over the phone but unfortunately that's where the good experience stopped. They told me they were unable to work in the attic unless I made structural changes that would require a building permit and the services of a structural engineer. When the technician and office staff called me, they spent the entire phone call talking over each other and were extremely worked up over the state of my attic, to the point I could not understand what they were talking about. I repeatedly asked for a detailed write up about the attic so I pass that along to a contractor. They just stopped responding. I got 2 other quotes for my needs here in town and neither mentioned anything about the attic and I eventually got a new unit and filter in the attic without having to do construct

A Plus Comfort contacted me within hours of me submitting the service request. The technician (Lee) was very familiar with the heat pump defrost failure symptoms. After making diagnostic system checks, he took steps to correct the failures. Safety measures were considered through out correcting the heat pump system issues. The system defrosted the next morning and is currently working as designed. A Plus Comfort was prompt and efficient in repairing my heat pump system. I would consider A Plus Comfort for all of my HVAC service needs.

These guys are incredible! Lisa was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. Lee, the installer, was exceptional. He takes great pride in his work and ensures that everything is done to the highest standards. Our previous home required a new HVAC unit, and the previous installation company rushed the job, leaving us with a faulty unit that caused numerous issues. Lee’s installation took two days, but he took the time to ensure that everything was installed and functioning properly. Not only does the unit work well, but it also looks amazing. We highly recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs. You won’t regret it!

They were at my house within 4 hours of me making a service request and we had the problem diagnosed in an hour. They quickly ran out and got the exact parts needed and returned to install. So so so thankful they fixed my heat same day without any hassle. Highly recommend.
