He explained in great detail the repair options available, giving me the opportunity to decide what I would handle on the spot. He also explained very clearly what the issues were and how he handled the repair and what he did to fix it. My door is now working really well, and I am so happy I worked with this company. We had a need to purchase a tall door on my barn. The quoting process was a little clunky but the sales agent that came to site was knowledgeable and I’m grateful he was. We originally were looking at a roll up door to keep the ceiling of the barn clear when the door was up. They did quote us a roll up door but also suggested a high lift door option that we decided to go with. I am glad they suggested that because we got a higher quality door for less money. The installation team was great. I could tell they actually cared that the install was not just functional, but also looked good. The fit around the door was spot on. The high lift settles in right against the ceiling of the barn. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Would 100% use them again.
