Had Josh come out today to diagnose my heat pump on short notice. Very professional team. They were polite and got right to working the issue, gave me options, explained what happened to my unit and didn’t pressure extra service or sell anything and left us with working heat! Highly recommend them and already have to a buddy of mine.

A guy named Josh from here has done a couple service calls for me on my house over the years. They always came out soon as they could normally a couple hours. Both times they diagnosed the problem right in front of me and explained in detail exactly what it needed to fix it. Even showing me on the multimeter. They have been friendly and reasonably priced. I have referred other business to them with friends and family and all have been happy with the work. I will continue to suggest this business for that reason.

Total hack artist. Charged for a full visit, did this and that. System still wasn’t fixed. Refused to come back. Had a real technician come out and got it done. Don’t waste your money
