A Plus Home Inspection

Extremely knowledgeable pays attention to every single detail. Writes an incredible report. EDIT: 2 days after purchasing my home I had a massive roof leak requiring me to gut the entire kitchen due to the extensive water damage. The roof will cost me 18k due to it being so bad that it needs a complete tear off and replacement. Adam unfortunately missed this.

Adam is very through and does everything he can to complete a comprehensive inspection. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule very last minute, and he showed up 20 minutes early so he can begin inspecting the outside of the house. He was efficient but also took time to explain his process and findings to us during the inspection. He did not cut any corners and even found a hidden crawl space during his inspection. I did lots of research and heard about him through a few different avenues and decided he was the one to go with for our home.
