A Plus Moving Group

Avoid A+ Movers at all costs—total predatory bait-and-switch scheme. They quoted a low price, then doubled it on move day (July 26) when they knew I had no other choice. They held my belongings hostage until I paid thousands extra. Also, despite paying $1,500 extra for 'Guaranteed Delivery,' they were a week late and denied my claim for a refund (still disputing but not hopeful). They also damaged/lost items and refused to accept responsibility. They even failed to unload a golf cart that I had paid extra for, forcing me to pay for a tow truck to get it off their trailer. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Moving is already difficult and this company abuses customer vulnerabilities... which is simply despicable.

Fragile items like our mirror collection and artwork made it across three states without any damage. They used proper padding and boxes for each piece. That care is why the price is justified.

Moving can be stressful, but A Plus Movers Group made the entire process stress-free. Their team was friendly, efficient, and took great care of our belongings. We were very happy with their service.

They handled our piano move which most companies either refuse to do or charge a crazy premium for. These guys wrapped it properly, used the right equipment, and got it into the new house without a scratch on the piano or the floors 👍
