I recently had a houseful of company when my septic backed up. I have ongoing issues with an aged system and have a company I typically use. They were unable to respond that day, as was most anyone else as I continued thru the alphabet calling other companies. Everyone was fully booked for the day and unable to get to me. Same could be said for A-Pro, but Matt was the only one to offer to get someone out at day's end once he received a response back from one of his guys in the field. He even offered the name of a competitor and provided their phone number. His efforts and caring are truly appreciated. I believe his efforts are a true reflection of A-Pro's professionalism. I have used A-Pro septic for several years. I have had semi annual pump outs and repair. I have found this company to be extremely professional. They have described to me what they were doing and why. They are prompt and show up when they say they will. After pumping my tanks, they have left the site clean and raked out as they stated they would. I would highly recommend this company for maintenance and any new installation.
