Rick Bukowski came this morning to address an issue with our furnace. He arrived punctually, was very professional, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Before he left he made sure everything was working correctly and asked us if we had any questions. We are senior citizens and felt comfortable having him come into our home. He is definitely an asset to your Company. We also want to thank the people in the office for the prompt scheduling of our appointment. My husband always comments how courteous and helpful they are when he stops by with a question or to make an appointment for service.

Rick was here to diagnose why heat wasn’t getting to the baseboard heaters. . He quickly found out the aquastat was set incorrectly and made the proper adjustments and now I have heat. Plus, he was really pleasant. Thank you so much, Rick!

We had a cleaning performed on our oil burner and Donny was just excellent. We switched over to Sandri after it previous negative experience with one of the other major oil providers and services in our area and couldn’t be happier. So far the customer experience has been exceptional. Donny’s approach in helping educate us as a consumer was the right approach. I feel I learned a lot from him and can say I grew to care a bit more about our unit because of it.

Just had technician Donny do an oil burner heat system cleaning and tune-up. Donny did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. It was nice to have a seasoned professional to do an important job in order to have our heating system run efficient. Thank you Donny, and Sandri, for a job well done.

This morning Rick B and DayDay serviced our heating system for our yearly cleaning and checkup. They were on time, polite and professional. They answered all of our questions we had about our heating system. We highly recommend them.
