Highly recommended- first time home owner with heating issues and no knowledge of the radiator or boiler. We had a lukewarm radiator with a single digit temperature outside, Sunny reached out right away and was able to guide us through diagnostic with pictures, calls and prompt service call the next morning to isolate the issue. Sunny and his team kept us updated at each stage, given I wasn’t onsite, he was able to provide pictures of what needed to be service and priced quotes very promptly. They are also able to work on pricing and provide 2 year warranty and service.

Sunny and his work partner,Jagdeep, were very thorough with their assessment of the issue. Sunny first asked for pictures and asked me questions to see if perhaps the situation was easily fixable with something that I could do. Upon further questioning, he realized that he needed to investigate further. He and Jagdeep were professional, polite, kept me up to date about when they would arrive, and knowledgeable(explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done). They provided boiler maintenance and a pump replacement and relocation. A job that was well done! A-Rai knows their stuff!
