A Realiable Appliance

This company is used by Lowe's Warranty Service. Do not use this company. Unreliable! Untimely! Would not return my calls on damage they did to my washer. They did not properly install the drain pump to begin with. When I used the washer, my laundry room flooded and upon inspection the drain pump was just hanging in the back of my washer. It was not attached properly. In an attempt to help me with my problem, a Lowes manager contacted the Warranty Service who in turn gave him the owner's personal phone number. I was sent a text to call this number and the owner cussed me out and hung up on me. Needless to say, this company did not repair my washer, another company did. I would advise not to use this company. They do not communcate with you. They are rude. They don't know what

This company is used by Lowe's for their extended warranty service. I have had two bad experiences with A Reliable. In 2018 I had a GE dishwasher that had, apparently, a pump failure. A Reliable came out, said the pump was bad, and they would order one. It never seemed to be ordered and never came in. Lowe's gave me a refund on the dishwasher, because it was so new...and I bought a new dishwasher, different brand. Last Friday, the "new" dishwasher stopped washing. It is 2 and a half years old. A Reliable came out and literally looked at the dishwasher, took out the bottom rack, which they left in the floor, said it needed a "wash motor", which they would order and left....they were here gone in less than 10 minutes. If I could give negative stars I would! This company is on the Lowe’s warranty repair list and I honestly don’t know how they got on it or stay on it, given the reviews I am seeing. They couldn’t bother calling to confirm service and after I called them and was told when they would be there, no one showed up. When I called to inquire, was told they were just too busy and Lowe’s was sending them too much work. I immediately canceled and let Lowe’s know that they should immediately drop any vendor who would treat customers this way. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I was assigned to A Reliable through the GE warranty. Technician came out on Dec 9 and within 5 minutes knew we needed a new door for our GE dryer (purchased in July of the same year). I have zero complaints about the technician whose name was either Ricky or Randy. He told me he would submit the order when he got back to the office and it would be in within 4-5 business days and they would come install. Great. Then we didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. It was the holidays, and I had surgery, so I let it go to 6 weeks. When I called back to find out what happened, I kept getting the run around from Larry. Called Lowes to get my "still under warranty" washing machine fixed. They scheduled for this company to be there on 9/13/16 8a - 5p. I took off work the entire day. Called and spoke to a man with A Reliable - stated that yes ma'am you are on our work order for today... we will be out there by 5pm. Waited around all day and evening..... when I went to bed at 11pm... they NEVER SHOWED UP... nor did they even call to say they weren't coming! Horrible service!
