A Rentmeister Plumber

I recently contacted A Rentmeister about replacing a leaking water heater that was under warranty, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions about the installation and warranty processes. They were quick to return my call, even though it was a Saturday morning when I found the leak. Their honesty and clarity have earned my trust, and I plan on using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I needed a sewer drain augured. Another outfit came in and quoted immediately 3K to tear up the concrete and replace the entire drain. Then offered to snake the drain to see if that would help. Well the drain is cast iron and has a cleanout plug. They pretended to snake the drain either knowing or not knowing you cannot get past the P-trap. You have to snake through the cleanout plug. "Sorry it's really stuck, we'll need 3K to break your concrete" "We finance". Steve came in and showed me the cleanout plug and cleared my drain. Saving me a minimum of $2,800. A Rentmeister Plumber is honest. Use them!

Helped with the replacement of my water heater which had started to leak. There were some misunderstandings at the start of the task, but they were quick to resolve them to my satisfaction. They were friendly and willing to answer questions regarding the installation as well as other projects that I am currently considering in my home. I would recommend this company. If they serviced my area (I'm just outside their normal boundaries), I would use them for most if not all my future plumbing projects. Good to see people still care about service.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Some of the most genuine, kind, honest and helpful people I've met. I've used them for occasional issues for about 7 years now and I'm always just stunned at how amazing they are. I'm almost always able to have them there on the same day, their pricing is incredibly reasonable, and they always do fantastic work. They genuinely care about their customers, and they've even shown me how to fix easy issues myself.

At last! I found a honest person was prompt and very knowledgeable. He took care of my plumbing problem. I highly recommend this company.
