A Rooter King

I had a basement drain clog with a lot of water backup into my house. A rooter king was able to make it to my house late in the evening and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and provided insightful advice while being honest about what he didn’t know (I really appreciate this). He answered all of my questions, was at no point dismissive or condescending and I felt that I could trust the information provided. He was cheaper than someone who came and simply told me he couldn’t fix the problem and would have to call someone else. I would 100% call them again and would recommend anyone who needs a service they provide, call them! They came highly recommended by a trusted source and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I’m very thankful to Rooter King!

Max was such a great guy to work with including his wife Gina that worked diligently to get me scheduled. They took excellent care of me, wonderful communication, and worked in a timely fashion to get appointment setup during POST Helene storm. Max was diligent, explained in detail of issue and resolution, and provided multiple options to aid in unclogging line to sewer main. Max also helped me locate line from house to street in order for me to dig in the future in order to put in a two way clean out. I would hire Max again in a heart beat and can't say enough good things about A Rooter King.

I had a toilet not flushing and was referred to Rooter King. Gina was extremely helpful getting me scheduled, even though they had a back log due to the hurricane. Brian Zimmer, the tech, called when he was on the way and addressed my issue quickly. Brian was very polite and left my bathroom in pristine condition. When I thought customer service was a thing of the past , Rooter King renewed my confidence that it still does exist. Highly reccommend Rooter King if you are looking for a friendly and farily priced plumbing service.
