A-rooter-man plumbing sewer and drain cleaning

If you value good service, honest work, and an honest service, never hire Rooter Man! Rooter man plumbers are the absolute worst people in the area. They are absolute scums! They charged my neighbors $4500 to unclog their pipes, only spent 5 hours at the house, and didn’t complete the job! Then when we try to get a bill, receipt, or anything that shows what it is they even did at the house, they refuse to do anything and get angry with us. They were supposed to mark out the underground lines, provide a itemized quote for the work, and a quote for the new waste line to be installed. Instead they just told my poor neighbor it would be $15,000 to redo a line, with no details quote. That’s on top of the $4500 as well, not included. Absolutely unprofessional and unreasonable people. Never hire

We had a full-on plumbing emergency at 11pm on a Saturday night. Daniel responded quickly, came very early the next Sunday morning, and ran both lines and fixed everything quckly and very well for both ourselves and our guests. Excellent service, would definitely use agin, thank you Daniel and team!

Save your time and money, and go elsewhere. Customer service is terrible and you’ll end up spending more money to redo their work!

A-rooter-man plumbing was the only business that answered their phone. They were able to come out the same day of the call to evaluate the repair and perform the service next day after securing parts. They were upfront about pricing and provided a one year non transferrable warranty on repairs. The service rep was professional, friendly and completed the job neatly and quickly. Would definitely use again if needed and highly recommend this business.

We had a blocked drain from our kitchen sink/dishwasher that I was deep enough that I didn't have the tools to clear myself. Daniel came and quickly got the blockage cleared and gave us hints on what might have caused it. Work is guaranteed as well! Highly recommended
