This was the first time dealing with A & S Property Services and the customer service was exceptional. From Blythe responding in a timely manner to the amazing workers who came and cleaned everything up. It wasn't an easy task as we had many trees to cut down to the large and heavy metal and cement pieces they hauled away. I would definitely work them and recommend to others to hire them. Mahalo!

Love Blythe and her crew. Always so professional and you can tell they all like working together. Lots of laughs and fun but also they work hard and know what they are doing. I used them for years for yard work and many different odd jobs around my house and would highly recommend them.

This is the third time I've used A&S Property Services - they're EXCELLENT. I am in the midst of kitchen renovations - they removed all the old, heavy cabinetry, 120 lb cast iron sink, along with other items. THEN - they moved an 8 foot tall, 40 inch wide cabinet that weighed somewhere around 200 lbs or so - and moved it to a friends house. All very reasonably priced, punctual and did a great job. Highly recommend! 2022 - I had a terrarium growing in my gutters - A&S Properties cleaned it out, power washed the inside and outside of the gutters - perfect job! I needed to get the gutters cleaned before I painted the house. They were prompt, highly professional - and fast. I HIGHLY recommend them! Pics below.

I first used A & S Property Services for a client of mine that needed her windows cleaned, home power washed, gates restained and some yard clean up and this company did it all and they did it well. I recommended them to another client that have weekly yard service with them and they are very happy as well and I just used them for my personal home and they did a fantastic job. This company is well equipped with a wonderful crew, they get a massive amount of work done in a short amount of time.

I have used A & S Services twice now and I am positive I will use them again. They are so efficient and capable of doing so many things. After power washing my house, it looked like it was just painted. They also cleaned my gutters and cleared out my yard.I highly recommend them.
