He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and was able to pinpoint why we kept having roof leaks, even though other contractors did not notice a problem. I called A&S roofing, frantic, since I needed to fix a chimney leak ASAP for a legal issue. Sam came the next day, checked out the problem, and was back in a day to fix the problem. His price was right, his work was meticulous. They cleaned up so well, you would never know what had just taken place. Perfection from start to finish. Our initial discussion was lengthy and informative where he advised in relative detail about the essential elements of my roofing job, from removing the existing roof, staging the installation of the new roof and the clean-up which left my property without any evidence of the work that was done.
