What a great experience! They responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduling an appointment was very easy. Communication was great. I got reminder text prior to the service visit. The day-of the service I got a courtesy text that they were on their way with a link to see their location. (Which was great for us because we have babies that were napping + big, barking dogs). Service was professional and knowledgeable. Just a really great experience all around.

All employees, from owner to office staff to techs, make you feel like you are their most important customer. They respond quickly and do an excellent job with fair pricing. Very happy with A.Saylor!

A Saylor replaced both of our HVAC systems. Everyone during the process has been great to work with. The price was reasonable without playing games. Mike answered any questions my husband and I had and has gone above and beyond. Our new units are working perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable HVAC company (and I’m picky 😉).

After making initial contact with companies for a home HVAC replacement a representative from each company came to my home to see what would be required for replacement. Each company gave several options to consider. After discussing options with each I chose A. Saylor Air Conditioning & Heating. Mike Saylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable of HVAC systems and made me feel comfortable to choose them for our replacement job. After install was completed later that night I noticed one part of ducting that was a little off. I contacted Mike about this issue and it was immediately corrected by installers the next day. All of their employees as well as Mikes wife Auden were great to talk with and deal with concerning questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC

We have been using Andy Saylor for over 30 years. You cannot beat their customer service and work. We called this morning needing someone to come and check our heat because it wasn’t working. They were prompt on the same day, resolved the issue and on their way. I give them a 10:10 for every interaction we have ever had with them. Would not consider anyone else!
