I used them three times and that was enough for me. Three females, who don't speak English, are dropped off in a vehicle and the driver waits in the vehicle the entire time. It's a nightmare dealing with this company because none of the cleaners speak English. I had to write things down in English, then use Google to translate to Spanish, then write the Spanish directive down on paper (don't remake the beds, don't clean the stovetop, etc.). Kate, the woman who answers the phone speaks very broken English so conversing with her is frustrating not to mention that her manner of conversing is to constantly interrupt so having any kind of meaningful conversation is fruitless. There is nothing I wouldn't recommend about this fabulous company! Rich and his staff were very receptive to our needs and we went through everything needing done! The cleaning team arrived and just dove in non-stop for about two hours! Thou my parents home was not large, Their task was huge. I hired this company as we were trying to get my elderly parents home of 40 years cleaned up and ready to go on the market. A task I just did not want to undertake myself. They hit every nook and cranny, every speck of dirt grease and grime that I have diligently tried to control over the years myself. Three lovely young women came to my home today and did a fantastic job. They did exactly what I needed and the work was right in line with the estimate owner Rich gave me after a walk thru. Fast turn around from estimate to job. Intend to have them as regular cleaners. 5 star work!

Used shore maid when I had a major surgery and was restricted for 8 weeks post op. This company always showed up, ready to work. They don't care if you are there, nor did they care that I had a dog. They always asked every visit if there was an area that needed extra attention (dusting molding, Windows, railings etc). Very pleased and will be using them again in the future
