A-spect Home Inspections

Mike at A-spect, was awesome he was prompt, attention to detail. But most of all trusting, as a home owner I don’t understand the way home inspectors do. Mike broke everything down for me to comprehend. When I had a concern he would give me his honest opinion in his profession. I went with A-spect because they fastest to respond, reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend.

Mike did a great job with our home inspection. He was very thorough, and honest. He identified a significant flaw and gave me guidance on how to proceed with the issue. Mike was also available to for questions days after the inspection. In the future, if I need another inspection in his area, I will for sure use his services again.

I highly recommend Mike, he did a wonderful job when I had him look at a house for my wife and I. I was blown away of his detailed inspection ranging from the septic, roof, siding, to tips on some of the issues with the house with improper water barriers and such. He provides an in depth report for your records after investigating a property for problems. We didn't end up getting the house, but that's not due to anything Mike did. :)
