A Spotless Sweep - Chimney Service

Don’t use that company. I wait for the service more than 1 hour, and the technician promised me to come in 15 minutes. Every time I call it was another 15 minutes. The receipt he gave me was without details what kind job was done. When anyone will need the permission for new heating system installation from City Hall , you must have a proof of cleaning chimney. I called every day during one week, and every day it was no manager in the office, who can email me simple letter about chimney cleaning was done.

Just purchased my home recently and getting a chimney cap as well as servicing the fireplace wasn't a thought until November. I was told the earliest 4 other companies were willing to do it was end of January and quoted me $350+ for a standard cleaning and $500-850 for a chimney cap. Mark not only was able to come out in just a weeks time but also quoted me half what the others had. He was quick, courteous, and let me know about possible repairs I may need but was honest that it wasn't a priority at all to do them at this time. I will for sure be a returning customer.
