A Step Above Cleaning Services LLC

After enduring a prolonged illness, I had very little motivation or desire to clean my residence. I contacted a Step Above Cleaning and got a reasonable/fair quote from the owner. The owner/operator, Kim, was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and professional. Kim sent one of his staff members, Nick, to clean my residence and Nick showed up dressed professionally with a caddy of cleaning supplies and his own vacuum. I was impressed with the organization, preparedness, and condition of equipment/supplies. I got out of Nick's way and "allowed him to work his magic". These guys are fantastic! When I inquired about services I received a response right away and they made it super easy to get a quote. They have now been to my home four times (biweekly cleanings) and I couldn't be happier with the job they do. I have had many housekeepers throughout the years and these guys are one of my favorites. They work their butts off when they're here and the house looks fantastic when they leave. They're also super nice! I highly recommend A Step Above Cleaning!

We were very impressed with the work of A Step Above Cleaning Services. They did a deep clean of our home. Kim Paul asked carefully about what we wanted done, took notes of my answers. Nick showed up on time with a carload of cleaning supplies. Some of the tools he had were things I didn’t even know existed Nick went straight to work. He was nothing but professional and polite. He cleaned my bathroom from top to bottom including using a steam up on sone humidity stains on the ceiling. Nick shampooed all of the carpets throughout my house. My shower curtains were too far gone, so he replaced them for me from some that I had on hand. Of all of the things that he did while he was at my home, the most amazing service was cleaning my bathtub. I was astonished when I saw how white and clean it was. I don’t think I have ever seen it that clean even when I moved in! Nick was very respectful while he was here because I was unable to leave; I barely noticed he was in my home. In
