A Step In Time Chimney Sweeps

This is the third time we have used A Step In Time Chimney Sweepers and we could not be happier. Our technician was Chris and he was so thorough. He made me feel at ease by walking me through the steps he was going to take to asses what might be needed. When his inspection was over his comments/recommendation's were clear and concise, we felt very comfortable going to the next steps. I will highly recommend A Step In Time for all of your chimneys needs.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of service provided by this company. After hiring another vendor to complete crown and cap work on our chimney, the crown fell off just six weeks after their project was finished. I reached out to A Step In Time on Friday during the Thanksgiving holiday, and they came by the following Wednesday. Mike and Travis were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful of our property. They quickly resolved the issue and gave us full confidence that the job was done correctly. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for fixing our chimney and ensuring our family can safely enjoy the outdoors without worrying about the cap falling again. Highly recommend!!

On time for both appointments I have made. Both technicians were very professional, polite, young men. Both explained everything quite well. We have one more trip to finish this project and I expect it will be as good as the first two! Definitely will use them every time I need service. (Gas fireplace, and rooftop chimney caps for gas and wood.)

Highly recommend. We received a thorough inspection report with photos of our multiple fireplaces , Michael explained everything to us clearly. He cleaned our fireplace beautifully and not a spec of dust ( ashes) in the house. Scheduling was quick and the office has been friendly and easy to reach. Reasonably priced too. We had some work done today and our 35 year old chimney looks brand new. When finished our fireplace area was spotless clean, lots of communication about the work done. Friendly! We are having them put in a wood burning insert into another fireplace. Can’t recommend enough!

Thank God the gentleman came early he went straight to work and knew exactly what to do to help fix my heat. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen and continue to work until it was working 100%. Very positive very kind very knowledgeable and very very much appreciated. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody and wish they were more like him out there.
