I had my air conditioner repaired recently, and Dean from A Stepping Stone did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was that he found a solution that not only fixed the problem but also saved me money. Dean could have easily charged me more but because he and A Stepping Stone are honest and professional he did not. Dean’s professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. My AC is running perfectly now, and I feel confident in the quality of the work. For 10 plus years no worries with my ac system. Semi annual maintenance done as scheduled. Advanced notice given with name of technician on way. Prices are acceptable within the industry. Current tech. - Bubba is a young gentleman. He is knowledgeable in his field. My experience with his service over pass few years has been excellent.

From the very beginning arrived on time, evaluation and estimate and return to complete the repair with excellent workmanship and at a very reasonable price. The servicemen explained the work involved and what the costs were, and to me most importantly took great pride in their work and the company. I highly recommend!!

We had our first HVAC cleaning with our service agreement yesterday. Bubba Daniels our service tech was great! Very knowledgeable and reviewed the entire process and showed us before and after cleaning pictures. Also discovered a potential future problem that we were able to correct now. We will ask for him for all our future HVAC needs.
