My husband called this morning and by 11am Tommy showed up! He did an inspection, gave us a very detailed overview and by 12pm the service was complete. He already put us on his calendar for this Friday for a follow up! Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend for all your pest control needs! Thanks again!

This company is the best. They are so great. They always show up when they say they are coming. They have the best customer service. They are a great family as well. The service was good until it wasn't. I had issues in the past with one of their techs, he lied about "the full service" spraying all around my house, I have cameras all around my house, i confirmed his absence that day. second time the service date was scheduled, I stayed home to meet with him, he didn't show again and I didn't receive a courtesy call. Third time was half a service, the front was only sprayed, my side gate was left unlocked for him, he never accessed the back. Despite being let down three times i continued with them. I just now canceled my service after talking to Tom by phone. I called to pay my service bill, i told him I was no longer interested in their services. He asked why? I called on A TAC after we were overrun with a Rat problem. They came out quickly, sealed home entry points, set short term traps and long term bait traps. It's been over a year now and they are gone and no sign of returning. The Bait Boxes were checked again today and the bait is still there. Great job Tommy, Joe and David! Love these guys and use them for Real Estate Transactions that need Termite work done too. I highly recommend this company!!
