Today Matthew from A-Team A/C made his first visit to our home for a problem with our heating unit. They came highly recommended by friends on Tiki Island. He was on time and very personable. More importantly, he was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem, recognizing that our previous service company set our new thermostat to gas when it is an electric heater. This caused the blower to not come on and the elements to overheat causing the fire alarms to sing. Matthew used skill and care quickly resetting the thermostat and checking to be sure the Unit was safe. I am so relieved to have A-Team as my new provider.

My technician, Matthew, was fantastic! He was professional, on time, and explained the problem and solution in a way I could easily understand. I'm extremely happy with the service he provided. He was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently, and at a great price. He even cleaned both units and hooked up the safety float switch on the indoor unit in my attic at no extra cost! Even scheduling my appointment was a breeze. Everyone at this company that I interacted with was awesome and I will definitely be returning in the future for any heating and cooling needs, thanks again A team!
