We thought we were in big trouble with our dryer going out and with a very large family we couldn’t afford to go buy a new one. Will came to the rescue and got it fixed at a fraction of the cost. He was at our house within 24 hours of a late night call. Can’t thank y’all enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest, Appliance Repair team looked no further.

Will and his wife came out and looked at my washer because it was leaking. Very professional team. He explained what the problem was and said honestly he wouldn’t keep pouring money into since the inlet value is going bad. “He told me that I won’t be coming out ahead and. it’s just not feasible to spend anymore major money on that unit just to be honest with you”. I love an honest person and professional on top! Will definitely keep their number for any other appliance repairs I may need in the future!

From the very first conversation, the owners were incredibly kind, calm, and genuinely empathetic. Our deep freezer was failing and our food was actively melting, which was extremely stressful. They truly listened and took our situation seriously. They even suggested using dry ice as a temporary solution to help preserve our food until they could get to us early the very next morning. Words can't express how great and professional Mr.Will runs his business. I called his number Saturday morning with an issue with our electrolux washer he was very attentive and help diagnose the issue over the phone from the error codes. He than reached out after hours at 11:45 pm to inform us that he and his wife( who was visiting family) order the part needed. He then called Sunday and suggested we try to wash a small load to balance out the washer and it is now working with zero issues!!!
